Our area has social and economic problems, plus the transition to a sustainable way of living.
We are worried about our young generations. What can we do for them as a local company and as a coliving? In the last few months we have started a relationship with a nearby Public High School in La Isleta.
We are trying to connect all this remote work revolution with the public educational system, for that, a group of 5 Colivers, talk for 5 minutes to the students, and after they answer questions about what they do, how they do it, and how all this remote work revolution can affect their future.
It’s also a moment of inspiration for the students. They can see how very young remote workers of 28 years old, already work for themselves, without any kind of boss, and have clients all over the world.
Everything is in English, which makes the activity more difficult for them, but also more challenging, students have to ask in English as well.
For Teachers and students, It´s an important experience, because this is all happening very fast, and they understand this is affecting their future.
For the Colivers is also a deep experience and a moment to understand our reality, something they are not going to forget easily…
