The space is flexible. It is a kitchen, a terrace, a chill-out, a coworking, a dinner space, all in one. It is fun, it is sunny

Our coliving got 7 individual rooms, we don’t have share rooms in the house
Every room got a desk inside the room, meetings, calls, or deep work can be done inside rooms, 100% tested.
Many colivers have tested wifi for meetings inside the room, it works…

Coworking Zero Waste

We separate our waste into 5 different containers: paper, plastic, compostable, non-compostable, and glass, but also we compost in the coworking area.
We have an osmosis system installed for the covers water consumption, we reduce plastic, you don’t have to carry water from the supermarket.
We also have canary plants in our terrace to promote biodiversity.

Community

Our members are remote workers, artists, and freelancers, so networking will arise naturally.

We are a Sustainable Coliving open to remote workers and neighbors, our goal of connecting remote workers with the local community has led us to hold weekly dinners to which neighborhood residents are invited.
We also do Canarian cooking workshops, where remote workers can learn and get closer to our identity and culture.
We are open to Skill shares, networking events and language exchange.
