A home for your heart…

What does Community mean?
Sharing, collaborating, listening… These are the values that define our shared accommodation.
We are a shared living space designed for connection, ideal for meeting other travelers, where good company truly brightens your day.
Enjoy relaxed conversations on our terrace or to head out and explore the island together with other guests staying at our Coliving.
How members feel about our community…
What can you expect?
We’d love for you to feel part of something special, unique, and purposeful.
You’ll have the chance to meet travelers in a similar situation to yours, and enjoy sunsets on the beach or dinners at seaside restaurants together.
We also want you to have the best possible local experience, to understand the identity of our neighborhood and what makes it so special.
And during the day, there’s time for a bit of networking too, meeting other remote workers, freelancers, or artists, sharing your dreams, and above all, feeling inspired.

Share Experiences

We love organizing shared dinners. We cook, have a drink, chat a lot, and enjoy a relaxed time together…
Some dinners are open; you don’t need to stay at the Coliving to join, and it’s an unforgettable moment to meet other travelers or neighbors.
Other dinners are more intimate, arise spontaneously within the community, and are only for Coliving residents.

We usually organize hiking activities. Some take place during the week on the nearby volcanoes of La Isleta, right next to the Coliving.
Other outings last a full day and include hiking routes to explore the island. Sometimes we finish with a barbecue or enjoy a meal together.

At the Coliving, we have many board games, and we also organize game afternoons from time to time…
Authentic Relationships
You’ll find it very easy and fun to join the activities organized by the colivers living in the house, from beach volleyball afternoons to tapas outings, we guarantee it 100%…
We don’t have daily activities, but you won’t go a week without something happening…
How do we manage the community
We are a very flexible Coliving, and we don’t have a fixed weekly activity schedule. We build our community around the preferences of the members staying at the Coliving at any given time.
