#Community Diary"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\" data-block-type=\"core\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoisleta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/EcoIsleta-Tiramisu-Community-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Dinner Digital Nomads in Canary Islands\" class=\"wp-image-135184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoisleta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/EcoIsleta-Tiramisu-Community-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ecoisleta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/EcoIsleta-Tiramisu-Community-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In recent years, digitalization and Artificial Intellinge has marked the relationships in many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consciouscoliving.com\/why-coliving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coliving<\/a> and how most companies deal with members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">From content creation to check-ins and automatic responses\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We are not against any of that, we assume this is the evolution of technology, which leads us to maximize benefits&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Not our Cup of Tea\u2026<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">On the one hand, we understand that all these improvements make the relationship with the client simpler, faster, and less personal&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">However, our relationship with EcoIsleta members is different, it is the opposite\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">We don\u00b4t want to do things faster or have less human contact\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">And I don&#8217;t see a way to combine our identity with the new technologies&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">I feel and perceive that technology leads us to the dehumanization of relationships, but what we are looking for is to maximize human interactions&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We ask ourselves questions and doubt if what we do is right or wrong\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">I recognize that we have not found a way to combine or implement digitalization with our identity and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Our identity<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We want to be a <a href=\"https:\/\/ecoisleta.com\/en\/different-coliving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">familiar<\/a> and human place, <strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">we want our members to feel the warmth<\/span><\/strong> of a human being when they arrive from a long trip, shake their hand, and help them with whatever they need&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">EcoIsleta&#8217;s main goal is dining, talking, and laughing with those who have decided to choose us among an immense number of accommodations, which are surely much better than us\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We want our members to feel we truly appreciate it\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In a world where relationships are mediated by electronic devices and Artificial Intelligence, humanizing relationships is the way we have to tell our members that above all,<strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"> the most important thing for us is human relationships&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We want to be human, we want those who choose us to feel that there are people who care and who are happy that they stay at EcoIsleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">This leeds us to dedicate more attention to each member, more time to relationships, to answer each email, to wait hours to do a Check-In, to cook, or even to take someone to the doctor because they do not speak Spanish&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Divergences<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">It is not easy to see how the world and technology go one way and you go the other way, but we do not do it to differentiate ourselves or to be \u201cinnovators\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">I guess there is no innovation in doing things the \u201cold way\u201d, just to be ourselves&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We are human beings, we need each other.
