data-block-type=\"core\">The Coliving sector is growing, we can see many new accommodations calling themselves Coliving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;background-color: #1d71b8\" class=\"stk-highlight\">For us, a coliving is a space with a clear community purpose, focus on the community that is intended to create&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">But many new Colings, do not have a community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">They are spaces where you can work and share areas of the house, but there is no purpose in creating a community among those living in that accommodation&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-divider stk-block-divider stk-block
