Is it going to be the sink full of dirty dishes? what about the smell of garbage?, I\u00b4ll stop here, enough\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">But why do we relate cleaning with community, apparently cleaning has nothing to do with community\u2026 probably some of you are not going to keep reading this post, it\u00b4s a waste of time\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Coliving and<\/span> <span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Cleaning<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Cleaning is a hard job, not easy at all, it\u00b4s one of the biggest expenses when running any type of accommodation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">In our case, we do it ourselves because we consider cleaning key in our strategy and service in the long run, we work to see people coming back. We do it carefully, twice or three times a week\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Keeping the house clean takes a big amount of time for us. Toilets, kitchen, common areas, check-in and check-out, laundry, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We take it very seriously and professionally\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">But how can you know EcoIsleta coliving is really clean,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Visiting the house yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Check the reviews on different platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Talk with other colivers in open dinners or hikes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Coliving Community<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Apparently, the community has nothing to do with cleaning, but in fact, it does, and this is another reason why we take it so seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Giving expectations about a place, service, or product and not reaching them, is the first step to putting yourself out of the market, sooner or later.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">That\u00b4s why We cannot afford it\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">To belong to a community, to share time and moments with others, to engage and be active in the community you have to be comfortable, you cannot be talking about, dirty toilets, or the garbage smelling bad,&nbsp; you are not paying for that kind of \u201cexperience\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">If the house is not cleaned the community experience is ruined\u2026 guarantee you that\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><strong><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Think twice&#8230; we are not talking about cleaning but about serenity, less aggressive communication, and collective energy focused on the right things&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Colivers engagement<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">What happens if the house is clean regularly but the community members are untidy and dirty? <em> a good one<\/em>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The first step is the availability of all the cleaning products required, in the kitchen and toilets, without this supply, no cleaning can be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Second, we carefully check the reinforcement of our community rules, including not leaving the sink with dirty dishes, etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Third, when a place is clean and you feel like that is part of your community identity, not being clean is not sharing important community values, putting yourself outside of the community&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Design for cleaning<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We have designed our kitchen and toilets, carefully to be easy to clean and maintain, mainly with stainless steel and other strong materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">The kitchen is not very big, but very convenient, lots of space for cooking and everything is very handy and easy to see&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">More than enough for our 7 to 9 community members, each member has a particular space in our two fridges and each one has their own wardrobe for dry food, making the kitchen a very tidy place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Focus<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">On the other hand, keeping the house clean helps our members to stay focused on their work, when booking a coliving you save time on cleaning, being able to spend more time on yourself and your work\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\"><span style=\"color: #1d71b8;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Are we cleaned<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">We consider ourselves a very clean coliving, we work hard to be clean, and we encourage our community to be clean, although we work proactively, we make mistakes, but we see them as opportunities to improve\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-call-to-action stk-block-call-to-action stk-block stk-44bc241 is-style-default\" data-v=\"2\" data-block-id=\"44bc241\"><div class=\"stk-block-call-to-action__content stk-content-align stk-44bc241-column stk-container stk-44bc241-container stk-hover-parent\"><div class=\"has-text-align-center stk-block-content stk-inner-blocks stk-44bc241-inner-blocks\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-cd9af98\" id=\"visit-us\" data-block-id=\"cd9af98\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Visit us<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-c844790\" data-block-id=\"c844790\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">You can schedule a visit to check for yourself if we do what we say&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-button-group stk-block-button-group stk-block stk-443cd89\" data-block-id=\"443cd89\"><div class=\"stk-row stk-inner-blocks stk-block-content stk-button-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-button stk-block-button stk-block stk-5c921e7\" data-block-id=\"5c921e7\"><a class=\"stk-link stk-button stk--hover-effect-darken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ecoisleta.com\/contac\"><span class=\"stk-button__inner-text\"><strong>Visit us<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the biggest concerns about sharing a space with people you don\u00b4t know and with a company, or family business you don\u00b4t know too, is the typical question of, Is the coliving clean?
