Finding good Coworking and Coliving in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is easy, the city has a powerful ecosystem of CO spaces, with different kinds of communities.

Remote workers have found an exceptional location with a good climate, services, security, and time zone, all connected with a growing community of remotes coming from Europe and other parts of the planet.

This remote work revolution is pushing the city to adapt to the requirements of the remote workers, they need good wifi to work, as well as coworking spaces to be as much productive as possible, but also a community to engage and connect during and after work.

Many remote workers are leaving their houses, to start living and working in these CO spaces.

But why? Many of them are becoming aware of the downside of working and living at home in Europe. In the long run, you could feel disconnected, sad, and deeply alone.

Coworking and Coliving in Las Palmas

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria got a good offer of coworking and coliving, from Talleres Palermo, to Soppa de Azul, and from Repeople to 1907.

The diversity of options is growing, different atmospheres, with different communities, enrich the city to host a good variety of remote workers with diverse needs and interests.

We think this can bring to Las Palmas a new wave of knowledge and expertise that we have to take advantage of in different ways, for example taking that expertise to help students in this new work revolution, and also to increase our city business options.

Many of them are entrepreneurs or freelancers eager to help the local community with different challenges.

If you think about our history in Las Palmas, you will realize that we are what we are because we open our economy to British and European investments back at the end of the XIX century, pushing our small economy to jump into the Industrial Revolution, becoming an important hub for commerce and services.

Our identity is related to our port and to our tourist industry, which means dealing with people from all around the world is an important part of our culture.

We see ourselves filling an important gap in this ecosystem, we are focused on sustainability, but also on developing a strong community between locals and remote workers around this topic.

EcoIsleta is working to become an important and useful community in the La Isleta neighborhood. Some of our activities work in that direction, like our collaboration with a High School to help the students understand the importance of remote work in the future.

We offer accommodation in our 7-room coliving but also a coworking space in the common area, with different spaces to work outside and inside.

There are studies explaining that the sun induces the production of serotonin and endorphins which favor tranquility concentration, and the feeling of well-being.

We try to create a place where working turns into pleasure, with plants, a chill-out, a terrace, a kitchen, an armchair, etc
